As a Chef, I believe it is the uniqueness in food that transform into a deep form of cultural experiences shared with the people we love. As a young boy in the South, I studied the diversity of influence through different forms of cultural backgrounds. The main inspiration stems from my late grandmother who led me to continue her legacy with a knack for turning ordinary ingredients into next level culinary masterpieces. Shortly after graduating with my Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering she passed away. It was then that I decided to take a different approach towards my career. Dope Dishez by Del was then bought forth to reflect on the importance of family, creativity, freedom and business. My dedication to the craft and relentless pursuit of perfection have earned me a reputation for crafting unforgettable dining experiences.
